Steuerberaterkammer Berlin
The legal professional title “Steuerberater” was awarded by the Steuerberaterkammer in Munich in the Federal Republic of Germany (Federal State: Bavaria).
The appointment as tax consultant was made by the Freistaat Bayern (Bayerisches Landesamt für Steuern, München) on 11 September 2008.
The profession of tax consultants is essentially subject to the following professional regulations:
1. Steuerberatungsgesetz (StBerG)
2. Durchführungsverordnung zum Steuerberatungsgesetz (DVStB)
3. Berufsordnung (BOStB)
4. Steuerberatergebührenverordnung (StBVV)
The client is advised that a higher or lower remuneration can be agreed in written form (§ 4 Abs. 4 StBVV).
